At Northside Dental Care, giving back to the Bellingham community is very important to our team. We are proud to support local organizations that help people, protect our environment, and strengthen our community.

Pass-the-Hat

Northside Dental Care proudly supports Pass-the-Hat, a Whatcom County organization that helps families who are facing unexpected hardships.

For just $2 per month, community members can help provide financial relief to local families dealing with tragic events.

Nooksack Salmon Enhancement Association (NSEA)

Dr. Eric McRory and the team at Northside Dental Care have supported the Nooksack Salmon Enhancement Association (NSEA) for many years.

The organization was founded in 1990 by Dr. Mike McRory, Dr. Eric McRory’s father.

NSEA works with community members and local partners to help restore wild salmon populations in Whatcom County, from the Canadian border to the Skagit watershed.

Volunteer Dental Care with Unity Care NW

Dr. McRory also volunteers as a dentist for Unity Care NW, a nonprofit health center that provides affordable healthcare for families in Whatcom County.

Unity Care NW helps ensure that children and adults have access to essential dental services, even if they cannot afford traditional dental care.

In the past, many adults without access to dental care could only visit emergency rooms when they had severe pain. This created higher costs and limited preventive care.

In 2006, Dr. Eric McRory and a group of volunteer dentists began providing dental care for adults at the clinic, expanding services beyond children.

Dr. McRory is proud to be part of this effort to help people in need receive basic and preventive dental care.

Sunrise Rotary Club of Bellingham

Dr. McRory is also an active member of the Sunrise Rotary Club of Bellingham.

The Rotary Club supports many local and international service projects, helping improve communities and support important causes.
